b the bakery opened in 2007 and supplies all the cakes for Biscottis and bb’s. Our Pastry Chef is Mallorie Finnell  who has trained in the Classic French Pastry Style and creates all of our desserts from scratch.

Produced seven days a week, our cakes are made without shortening or preservatives and use the freshest, highest-quality ingredients.
